Refund & Return Policy

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately @ rrivard@polarsupply.ca

If an item was sent incorrectly by Polar Supply Inc. we will send you an Return number along with a prepaid shipping label.

If the mistake was yours, you will be responsible for freight charges. Note that we do not accept collect returns.

All return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

You have the right to refuse damaged packages upon delivery. Once you have accepted the damaged package, any and all damaged freight claims must be directed to the freight carrier immediately.

A copy of the original invoice must be included with the product being returned.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Special orders are non-refundable.
